Selectmen approve $81,545 firehouse paving contract

NH ALLENSTOWN — Allenstown selectmen approve $81,545 firehouse paving contract. Board Chair Scott McDonald and members Caruso, Pelissier, Adinolfo, and Lambert voted unanimously to award the contract to Advanced Paving and unanimously authorized $15,000 from capital reserves for future town hall work, including $4,089.96 for plumbing and $10,910 combined to Granite State Glass for door work. Fire Chief Eric Lambert's recommendation to hire call firefighter Devin Calle at $18.66 per hour also passed unanimously.
