Selectmen revise procedures enabling committee restructuring

NH ALLENSTOWN — Allenstown Board of Selectmen restructures committees to separate Parks and Recreation from Economic Development. The board unanimously revised committee creation procedures with members Diane Adinolfo, Patricia Caruso, John Childs, Kris Fowler, and Chair Kathleen Pelissier voting in favor, enabling the planned separation so the Economic Development Committee can focus more fully on economic work. The board also unanimously selected First Point Power as the town's energy vendor.
Town Administrator John Harrington reported ongoing payment plans for emergency equipment including cardiac monitors at $22,034 annually through 2028-2030 and an ambulance lease at $72,626 annually through 2032.
