NH ALLENSTOWN — Allenstown Zoning Board approves River Road home-addition variance unanimously. The board, with Chair Keith Klawes, Diane Adinolfo, and Steve Marcq present, found the proposed 12-foot setback addition at 49 River Road consistent with all five required variance criteria. The applicant, Ryan Girard, was represented by Brett W.
Allard, Esq. During officer elections, Klawes was elected chair, Marcq was elected vice-chair, and Joanna Rusch was elected secretary. The board also approved fee increases: application fees to $250; variance items at $100 and $75 for each additional; abutters notice to $30; and newspaper notice to $350.
