NH ALLENSTOWN — Allenstown Zoning Board approves third-floor apartment variance at Ferry Street. Chair Keith Klawes, members Diane Adinolfo and Joanna Rusch (Steve Marcq excused), unanimously approved Application No. 2026-03 for Robert Farinelli at 20 Ferry Street, lot 112-232-000, with approval limited to the third-floor apartment and conditioned on compliance with applicable codes and inspections. The board discussed parking constraints and evidence of prior student occupancy including bedrooms, bathrooms, and cooking facilities.
In additional business, the board unanimously approved its April 9, 2026 minutes and adopted a fee schedule aligned with the Planning Board's prior approval.
