Chair Keith Klawes, members Diane Adinolfo and Joanna Rusch (Steve Marcq excused), unanimously approved Application No. 2026-03 for Robert Farinelli at 20 Ferry Street, lot 112-232-000, with approval limited to the third-floor apartment and conditioned on compliance with applicable codes and inspections.
