Allenstown Cemetery Trustees reelect officers, pursue perpetual fund transfers

NH ALLENSTOWN — Allenstown Cemetery Trustees unanimously reelect officers and address two perpetual fund transfers. Chair Ron Adinolfo, Vice-Chair Brenda Brown, and Bookkeeper Cheryl McDonald were confirmed in their respective roles by voice vote. The John Hill Perpetual Fund transfer to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Manchester, initiated in January 2025, is now under active review by the diocese via Non-Judicial Settlement Agreement following a mid-April follow-up.
The Evans Cemetery Perpetual Fund remains tabled pending guidance from the New Hampshire Department of Justice Charitable Trusts Division regarding disposition of the fund for the cemetery on private land.
