Trustees approve $123,763 in capital reserve withdrawals for town projects

NH ALLENSTOWN — Allenstown Trustees of the Trust Funds unanimously approve $123,763.12 in capital reserve withdrawals. Chair Ron Adinolfo, Bookkeeper Cheryl McDonald, and Vice-Chair Brenda Brown voted unanimously on four separate requests from the Selectmen: three withdrawals totaling $61,813.12 from the New Municipal Building Capital Reserve Fund and one $61,950 withdrawal from the Highway Garage Capital Reserve Fund. The Municipal Building reimbursements cover architectural and engineering work, electrical installation, fire-system setup, and a fire-door payment for the new Town Hall.

The trustees also reported successful submission of MS-9 and MS-10 compliance reports to the New Hampshire Charitable Trusts Unit.
