NH ALLENSTOWN — Planning Board guides adaptive reuse study of former middle school building at 10-1 School Street. Samuel Augustus and John Frawley of Today Real Estate presented a non-binding conceptual consultation to convert the 2.49-acre former Armand R. Dupont Middle School into up to 26 apartment units ranging from studio to two-bedroom.
The Board voted unanimously to nominate Joanna Rusch and Patricia Caruso as Allenstown Commissioners to the Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission. Pembroke Water Works reported capacity to support only 10 of the proposed units due to PFAS-related impacts to its wells.
