Planning Board grants waiver for residential conversion at 2 Bartlett Street

Planning Board · Meeting of January 21, 2026

NH ALLENSTOWN — Planning Board approves residential conversion at 2 Bartlett Street without full site review. Vice-Chair Michael Juranty led the unanimous approval of Pemi Properties NH's request to convert approximately 1,350 square feet of commercial space into two one-bedroom units, adding a five-foot by 30-foot access deck. The project will bring the property's total residential units to ten.

The Board determined fourteen parking spaces on the property satisfy state requirements of one space per unit, resolving a boundary concern raised during discussion.
