NH ALLENSTOWN — Allenstown Planning Board conditionally approves Allenstown Aggregate site plan. The five-member Board unanimously approved a resubmitted application to construct a second multi-tenant metal building at 179 Granite Street, requiring reapplication after the initial January 3, 2024 approval lapsed due to an unissued building permit. Justin DuFoe presented for Allenstown Aggregate; the Board granted waivers from dumpster-screening and traffic-study requirements and determined the project does not qualify as a development of regional impact.
Conditions require professional signatures on final plans and recording of the Notice of Decision at Merrimack County Registry of Deeds.
