NH ALLENSTOWN — Planning Board approves June minutes, reviews state land use bills affecting local zoning. The Allenstown Planning Board unanimously approved its June 17 meeting minutes and received notice that the town's McDonald's restaurant opened July 15. Board member Michael Frascinella noted the restaurant hired 39 new employees and operates daily from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m.

The board reviewed an update on 19 proposed New Hampshire land use bills, with six now signed into law; draft zoning ordinance amendments will be prepared to address any required changes.
