NH ALLENSTOWN — Planning Board approved a farmstand waiver at 194 River Road with conditions. Roger Staley's 4.9-acre Commercial/Light Industrial property would operate a farmstand with greenhouses and parking on the non-residential portion. Road Agent Chad Pelissier raised concerns that the original driveway would cross an existing drainage easement; the Board voted unanimously to require a new driveway south of the existing one.

In a separate conceptual consultation, the Board heard a proposal from Kyle Joseph of 35M LLC to subdivide a 0.62-acre R-1 lot at 35 Main Street into two parcels, with Joseph acknowledging the need for Zoning Board variances for frontage and flag-lot issues before filing a formal subdivision application.
