NH ALLENSTOWN — The Allenstown Planning Board unanimously approved a $30 per abutter Abutter Notice Fee to cover board and town costs including postage, printing, materials, and staff time. Chair Michael Juranty and board members Patricia Caruso, Joanna Rusch, Allison Turcotte, and Michael Frascinella voted unanimously on the measure. The fee increase aligns with a similar adjustment by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Juranty indicated he would develop a broader proposal to restructure how all planning board fees are presented in the official Fee Schedule.
