Economic Development Committee plans 2026 events, discusses Parks role

NH ALLENSTOWN — Allenstown Economic Development Committee maps 2026 events, seeks to revive Parks. Chairman Mike Frascinella led the five-member committee and guest Scott McDonald through plans for summer farmers markets (July-September), a late-May concert series at Town Hall, and the May 2 Town-Wide Open House. The committee unanimously approved December minutes and discussed revitalizing the Parks and Recreation Committee, which is legally established but inactive due to lack of members.

Members recommended beginning volunteer recruitment immediately to capitalize on the new school and gym facility as a programming catalyst.
