NH ALLENSTOWN — Allenstown Economic Development Committee schedules summer events and proposes Parks and Recreation Committee restructure. Chairman Mike Frascinella and members Elizabeth Joyce and Peter DeSantis reviewed upcoming programming including a Farmers Market on Chester Turnpike, a Town-Wide Yard Sale on June 6, and a Summer Concert Series featuring the Last Stand Country Band on June 13 and performer Olivia Conway on June 27. The committee proposed restructuring the Parks and Recreation Committee to manage community events and recreation programming, with the proposal advancing to the Select Board.
The committee is monitoring business development including a recent Double Decker convenience store opening and ongoing negotiations for Dudes Auto Repair property purchase.
